David Phelan is a licensed professional counselor and board certified neurotherapist who has delivered more than 10,000 hours of therapy in his private practice in Litchfield Park. He is the founder of Transcend Personal Development which provides online mental and emotional fitness programs to help his clients transform personal challenges into strengths, become all they are capable of being, and using what they have learned to make their impact in the world.
